These Terms govern your use of www.szgoldy.com and any order placed with Shenzhen GDF Printing Manufactory Co., Ltd. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. The table below summarises the commercial points clients ask about most; the full clauses follow. |

01 / ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using this Site, submitting inquiries, requesting quotations, or placing orders, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.
02 / BUSINESS USE
Our products and services are intended for business-to-business (B2B) transactions. By placing an order, you confirm that you act in a commercial capacity and have authority to bind your company to these Terms.
03 / QUOTATIONS AND PRICING
· Quotations are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise in writing.
· Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.
· Prices are based on the specifications you provide — size, material, quantity and finish. Changes to specifications after quotation may result in a price adjustment.
· Quotations exclude import duties, taxes, customs clearance and local delivery, unless explicitly stated.
· We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or omissions, even after an order is placed.
04 / ORDERS AND MOQ
· Standard MOQ is 500 pieces per SKU, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
· Orders are confirmed only on receipt of a signed Proforma Invoice (PI) and the required deposit.
· We do not accept returns or cancellations once production has commenced — tooling, plates and materials are already committed at that point.
05 / ARTWORK, PROOFS AND APPROVAL
· You are responsible for supplying accurate artwork in vector format (AI, PDF, EPS) at a minimum of 300 DPI.
· We provide a digital proof, and where requested a physical sample, for approval before mass production. A white box structural sample is provided free of charge; you cover shipping.
· Production does not begin until you give explicit written approval of the proof.
· We are not liable for spelling, colour or layout errors already present in approved artwork. This is why we recommend checking the physical sample, not just the screen proof.
06 / COLOUR ACCURACY AND TOLERANCES
We work to an internal standard of ΔE ≤ 3 against the approved proof. Contractually, a tolerance of ΔE ≤ 5 is considered acceptable, given the behaviour of paper, ink and press conditions.
· Screen colours (RGB) differ from printed output (CMYK).
· Pantone (PMS) matching is available on request at additional cost.
· Metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced accurately in standard CMYK.
07 / PAYMENT TERMS
· 30% deposit to commence production; 70% balance in full before shipment.
· Accepted methods: Bank Wire Transfer (T/T), PayPal (samples only), Letter of Credit (L/C) for orders above USD 10,000.
· Late payment may cause production delays or order cancellation. Storage fees may apply to completed orders not collected within 15 days.
08 / PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
· Standard production lead time is 7–12 working days after artwork approval and deposit.
· Large or structurally complex runs may require 15–20 working days. We confirm this in writing before you order.
· White box sample: within 24 hours of receiving your specifications. Printed sample: 2–3 business days.
· Lead times are estimates, affected by material availability, public holidays (including Chinese New Year) and force majeure.
· We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs clearance.
09 / SHIPPING AND FREIGHT
· Shipping defaults to EXW Shenzhen. FOB, CIF and DDP available on request.
· Risk of loss or damage transfers to you on handover to the carrier.
· You are responsible for accurate shipping addresses and import documentation.
· We are not responsible for customs delays, import duties, or seizure resulting from incorrect declaration.
10 / INSPECTION AND CLAIMS
· Inspect goods on receipt. Claims for damage, shortage or defect must be raised within 7 business days of delivery.
· Claims require clear photographic evidence and a written description.
· We reserve the right to inspect disputed goods before issuing a replacement or refund.
11 / INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
· Artwork, designs, die-lines and structural drawings created by GDF Printing remain our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise in writing.
· You warrant that submitted artwork does not infringe third-party trademarks, copyrights or patents.
· We will not reproduce or share your designs, logos or products without prior written consent.
12 / CONFIDENTIALITY
We keep all client information — product specifications, pricing, business plans and trade secrets — strictly confidential, and will not disclose it to any third party without your written authorisation.
13 / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business or reputation.
14 / FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for failure or delay due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemic, government action, strike, raw material shortage or transport disruption.
15 / GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are first addressed through friendly negotiation; failing that, they are submitted to the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) under its rules.
16 / AMENDMENTS
We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version is posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
