Foldable rigid gift boxes — shipped flat
Our premium rigid boxes are widely used for 3C electronics, cosmetics and food. The standout is our foldable rigid gift box: shipped flat-packed, it pops into shape in seconds on arrival.
Why cross-border sellers choose it — the numbers are straightforward. A 25×25×8 cm telescopic box is about 5L assembled; the same box flat-packed is roughly 0.3L — a 16× difference. One 40HQ container holds around 30,000 assembled boxes, or about 120,000 flat-packed.
That translates directly into lower first-leg freight and near-zero off-season storage cost — usually far more than the per-unit saving you'd negotiate on a cheaper box.

Built for the EU market
· Mono-material structures — all-paper builds instead of laminated composites
· Water-based coating — replaces OPP/PET lamination film, which sorting lines cannot separate
· Bare removable magnets — press-fit into die-cut slots, unsealed, separable by hand for recycling
· Glue-free locking — tuck-tabs and mortise-and-tenon joints replace white emulsion glue
· FSC-certified materials available on request
· Documentation — material BOM and Declaration of Conformity support
One honest caveat: an all-paper box is not automatically compliant. The full structure has to be assessed — that's why we review it with you during sampling, not after production. |
05 / HOW WE WORK
From your file to finished goods
· Step 1 — Send specs (or the product itself). Dimensions, quantity, target market. Physical product preferred: inserts only fit correctly when sampled against the real item.
· Step 2 — White box sample, free, 24 hours. Unprinted, structural only. Check size, fit and folding feel before any printing spend.
· Step 3 — Printed sample, 2–3 days. Same press, same paper stock as bulk, so colour holds.
· Step 4 — Bulk production, 7–12 days. After your written approval and deposit.
